تنوع ژنتیکی و مقایسه صفات فیزیکوشیمیایی سه جمعیت خیار آب‌پران (Ecballium elaterium (L.) Rich.) واقع در استان اردبیل

خیار آب‌پران (Ecballium elaterium (L.) Rich.) از تیره Cucurbitaceae و گونه وحشی بوده که بومی مناطق معتدل آسیا، شمال آفریقا و اروپا می‌باشد. این گیاه یکی از ذخایر مهم دارویی در دنیا محسوب می‌شود. در این تحقیق صفات مورفولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی اکوتیپ‌های خیار آب‌پران از سه رویشگاه طبیعی آن در استان اردبیل شامل مناطق گرمی، بیله‌سوار و پارس‌آباد (از هر منطقه 10 جمعیت) بررسی شدند. نتایج نشان دادند که اکوتیپ‌های پارس‌آباد دارای میوه‌های بزرگتر و میزان کلروفیل و کاروتنوئید بیشتری بودند. از آن‌جایی که تنوع ژنتیکی این گیاه در منابع جهانی به‌صورت جامع بررسی نشده، ازاین‌رو در این پژوهش تنوع ژنتیکی سه اکوتیپ خیار آب‌پران با استفاده از 13 نشانگر ISSR بررسی شد و برای ارزیابی شباهت ژنتیکی میان نمونه‌ها از تجزیه خوشه‌ای به روش جاکارد استفاده گردید. آغازگر ISSR13 بیشترین چندشکلی (46%) را بین آغازگرها نشان داد. تجزیه نتایج مولکولی توده‌های خیار آب‌پران نشان داد که کمترین شباهت ژنتیکی بین دو اکوتیپ از جمعیت بیله‌سوار و گرمی دیده شد. تجزیه خوشه‌ای داده‌های مولکولی نیز نمونه‌ها را در پنج گروه دسته‌بندی کرد. نتایج نشان داد که نشانگر ISSR به‌عنوان یک نشانگر مناسب قادر است تنوع ژنتیکی موجود بین اکوتیپ‌های گیاه خیار آب‌پران را آشکار کند.
